If your question is about a purchase, you can manage it from your own Apple account: refund requests and purchase history.
Emycra has no server and makes no network requests of any kind. Everything you enter — attacks, intensity, duration, medication, preventive therapy, triggers and notes — stays on your device and is never sent to anyone, not even to us. We do not collect your name, your email, your location, your contacts or any gender data. The app does not read weather and takes no data from other apps: what you see in the diary is what you wrote.
