By using Aequor you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. The terms apply to anyone who installs and uses Aequor on an Apple device.
Aequor is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app on your device, under the rules of Apple's App Store. You cannot resell it, decompile it, redistribute it or use its name or its trademark to present a product of your own.
Aequor is a tool for recording and reflecting: you record how you are and you get a reflection of ancient wisdom. It's not a medical device, it does not provide medical or psychological advice, it does not diagnose, it does not assess your mental state and it does not suggest therapies. The details are in the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
It is not an emergency service. In danger, call your country's emergency services.
Aequor's free plan does not expire and is not a trial. These stay free, with no time or quantity limits:
There is no timed trial and there is no moment at which the app stops working or hides what you have already written.
Aequor PRO is a one-time purchase, non-consumable, handled through your App Store account. It's not a subscription: it does not renew, it does not expire, it produces no recurring charges and there is nothing to cancel.
It unlocks: the personalised reflection that takes your journey into account, memory (the people and events you talk about, remembered and found again at the right moment), the short conversation, the bigger picture with chart and trend, and locking the app with Face ID.
The price is the one shown on the App Store at the time of purchase, in your country's currency. Since it is a single purchase, there are no renewals to cancel.
Purchases in the App Store are handled by Apple, and refund requests are made through Apple, not through us: reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no access to your account and we cannot issue refunds directly.
If you bought Aequor PRO on another device and it does not show as active, use the Restore purchase button in the app's settings: that is exactly what it is for, and you do not pay twice.

What you write in Aequor is yours. We claim no rights over it and we cannot use it in any way, because we do not receive it: it stays on your device. See the privacy policy.
Aequor is provided as is. We work to make it run correctly, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that it is fit for a particular purpose.
We are not responsible for the decisions you make based on what you read in the app. The reflections are philosophical prompts, not professional opinions: decisions about your health are yours to make with the people who treat you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
These terms can change. The date at the top shows the last revision; substantial changes are announced in the app's release notes. Continuing to use Aequor after a change means accepting it.
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protections recognised for consumers by the country where you live.
