If the problem is about a purchase, you can handle it directly from your Apple account: refund requests and purchase history.
Aequor has no server and makes no network requests of any kind. What you write — how you are, your reflections, the people and events you talk about — stays on your device and is not sent to anyone, not even to us. We do not collect your name, your email, your location, your contacts, and no gender data.
The personalised reflection, when your phone supports it, is generated on your device with Apple Intelligence: no text you write is sent to an external service, because the app does not contact any.
